Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours has confirmed the successful sea trials and upcoming delivery of its new Triton 660/9 AVA submersible on board Scenic Eclipse II.
The delivery of Scenic Neptune II on 13 March 2024, is planned for Scenic Eclipse II’s upcoming voyages in the South Pacific, Great Barrier Reef, and East Antarctica in 2024 and 2025.

Featuring 270-degree panoramic views, Scenic Neptune II has been designed to provide an immersive underwater experience that will give guests the feeling of seamlessly merging with the wonders of the ocean. „The clarity of the acrylic hull once submerged is such that you feel at one with the water. Encountering the vibrant marine life of the South Pacific and Australia’s Great Barrier Reef within Scenic Neptune II will create memories to last a lifetime,“ added Flesher.

Scenic Eclipse II’s inaugural season in the Oceania region will commence on 13 March 2024 with its voyage from Valparaiso across the Pacific. The ultra-luxury Discovery Yacht will arrive in Australia, where Scenic was founded, for the first time on 20 April 2024. With onward journeys along the East Coast and Top End of Australia, Kimberley, Indonesian Archipelago, South Pacific, New Zealand, and East Antarctica over next two years.
The unrivalled discovery experiences on board Scenic Eclipse II also include two state-of-the-art helicopters. Four seabobs will be added for these voyages, which will enable guests to glide below the ocean surface. Each voyage will be led by an expert Discovery Team who will provide deep insights into the destination.
