AROYA Cruises announced a leadership transition, as Dr. Jörg Rudolph concludes his tenure as President, effective Thursday November 13. The company extends its appreciation to Dr. Rudolph for his dedication and pivotal role in launching AROYA Cruises and shaping the foundation of Saudi Arabia’s first domestic cruise line.

As AROYA Cruises enters its next phase of growth, this transition marks a step toward driving commercial momentum and operational excellence, reinforcing the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction. During the transition period, Lars Clasen, Chief Executive Officer of Cruise Saudi, will assume the role of Interim President, in addition to his current position, supported by the leadership teams to ensure seamless continuity of operations and sustained progress.
